– working closely with Anangu (local Aboriginal people) –

The team at Uluru Pictures has produced award-winning films – and provided high-quality footage – for many of the world’s leading broadcasters and major large-screen venues. Our photos have been published by leading international publications, from Australian Geographic to National Geographic. And we’ve worked on projects large and small for a wide range of government agencies, broadcasters and other organisations.

Our Vision

Our vision is that First Nations people at Uluru and in neighbouring communities should be involved with, and benefit directly from, media created here; that the media sector should provide sustainable, valuable employment for local people and ensure long-term, local access to media produced here; and that films and other media should be created in ways that are the most culturally appropriate and environmentally sustainable.

Our Services

Production

Uluru Pictures provides a full range of production services – from the creation of complete films to provision of stand-alone services, including cinematography, photography, sound-recording, editing and project management.

Image library

The Uluru Pictures library of stock footage and photographs is the most comprehensive library of high-quality media of Uluru anywhere in the world, with video available in HD, 4K, 8K and for the giant screen; high resolution stills photographs; and stereo and multi-channel audio recordings.

Working with Anangu

We work closely with Anangu, local First Nations people, on all our productions and can help source the best talent and participants for other national and international productions.

Our Community

We work closely with our local community at Uluru, filming local events, creating health and other videos and offering media training for community members.
